Thanks for your candid comment, Robyn Jane. I am sorry for the pain inflicted on you by the pious; there is of course no excuse except the basic cussedness of human beings. I don’t know how long it will take until everyone realizes what a gorgeous and sacred diversity exists among human beings.

I am cautiously optimistic about the Open and Affirming movement growing in many mainline denominations (i.e., United Church of Christ; the Unitarian Universalist Association; and others). Then there are the growing numbers of non-denominational, mostly evangelical congregations whose ministry is specifically to the LGBTG+ community, such as the Metropolitan Community Churches.
