That’s it exactly… Years ago, when I’d ask the elders in my congregation how they were doing, I sort of mentally rolled my eyes when they’d say, “Every day above ground is a good day.” Now I know what they meant.

But I’m not yet saying that. I’m bipolar, though, so when people ask me how’s life these days, I can say, “Well, it has its ups and downs.” Awful, but I get the eye-roll.
