We made such a move last year and it has been a good one. For us, the only real frustration has been the leisurely way the local drivers crawl forward at the green lights. We are still in a hurry, though we don’t know why. And we wonder if everyone’s a little high all the time, and where can we get some of that?

Our advice: join the nearest town’s library immediately. Full of insider information and the most civilized people.
